Hey folks!

We're back! Thanks to the KR admins for getting up back on our feet so quickly!

Got 8M this morning. Due to a slight programming bug on my part, I thought I topped 1500M for the year yesterday. Uh, no. I'm close though!

Plan on running after work today, somewhere between 5.5 to 6.5 miles or so, we'll see how that feels.

I'm seeing how many push ups I can do spread out throughout the day. I'm up to 180 so far. Probably can get up over 300 I guess.

So the Yankee Swap I drew #1 and got to choose from the available gifts. I passed on the Gallileo thermometer and opted for the Life is Crap mug w/the Dunkin gift card.

Kris - where in MA you going to be?
It's supposed to warm up around here...in fact, it's about 15 degrees warmer than it has been. Bring your stuff and do some cold weather running...ain't so bad!

Nice to be back home here.

Dudes!

Took a mental health day on Monday and ended up running 11 at 8:30 pace. Had my 3rd PT appt. on Wednesday. He added a bunch of stretching exercises and some lunges into my routine.

I plan on running 5 or 6 at lunch today.

I've fallen off the swimming wagon.

ok Scratch...you inspired me. I just dropped and did 25. I'll shoot for 125 while I'm here. I have to work off some of that fudge, cookies and other goodies from the 12 Days of Grazing table we have set up.
Thanks

I've walked quite a bit over the past few days. Last night, I had a short but hard (for me) run with my group, maybe 1.5-2 miles total. After I'd had a beer and some chips/salsa. Can you say heartburn? I thought so.

Next run will be Sat a.m., too much stuff going on today and tomorrow after work.

Yeah!!! I'm so glad to see you guys.

I got 5M in this morning, very effortless, which is always great!! I ran outdoors, which during the week is always rare (gotta love babysitters!) and snapped some pics of my run. Once I download them to the laptop I'll post any interesting ones.

Hey All,

Glad this is back up and running.

Ran 12 yesterday, mixing in the "bigger" bridge (this is very relative) on the way to and fro and then did an easy 6 recovery on the 'mill. The decline felt more normal than the first time so I think I'm going to get used to it. I couldn't come up with a plan so just did 1/4 incline 1/4 flat 1/4 decline...at least it mixed up the run.

Hope everyone had some good runs the last couple of days!

6.2 sleazy miles for me today...7th day in a row running and in that time I've doubled the amount of miles for the month of December.

Finally feel like I'm back, or something, with my runs. Well, I'd better be since I've got a HM and a full coming up in the next 6 months!
