I have spinervals for the bike and they are pretty good. His bike workouts are tough - the music is a bit cheesy though - but it does keep me focused on my workout vs. when I'm listening to my own music, or watching a movie, and I just go through the motions.<br><br>

They seem to be like the cycling in that they are done to simulate a "group ex" type environment.
