OK my sexy brothers and sisters.. we've led from the wire so far.. lets be the first to get to the Rockafella center so I can buy us all drinks.. (I'll have to stick with Soda)<br><br>

Let's just say I have my biggest day point wise scheduled for next Saturday. It will be my biggest day of training ever, I think! I will keep it as a surprise so the other teams don't listen in on my strategy.

Because of you guys I've been putting more miles than I planned, but I'm base building so what the heck <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Thanks to the VRAA, March has been my biggest month in 7 years (since I turned 50)!<br><br>
This next week was going to be a step back week in preparation of a 5K on April 6 but I've decided to be sensible and bag all speed work, increase mileage next week and run 2 5K races on April 6 with plenty of warmup and cooldown miles <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Dave... just make sure you dont get hurt and RICE this weekend (rest, ice, compression, elevation) if you're hurting that badly.. don't want to do something you regret.. but that's a badass attitude<br><br>

its been my biggest month.. ever. hah. haven't ran this much for 17 years. broad street may 4th!!!!

OK RUNBEATABLES everyone should be shooting for their highest week of points this final week. We need a big push to the finish. We are 3016 miles from the finish. That means <b><span style="text-decoration:underline;">we can make it by Friday</span></b> and not have worry about the weekend.<br><br>
If everyone that signed up as a:<br><br><b>Mega</b> scores 350+ points this week<br><b>Super</b> scores 250+ points this week<br><b>BAD</b> scores 150+ points this week<br><b>BAIT</b> scores 100+ points this week.<br><br>
We will make it and in a hurry. Don't save you energy for next weekend. It may be too late if another team gets to the finish first.<br><br><img alt="director.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/director.gif"><b><span style="font-size:x-large;">GO TEAM GO!</span></b>

20 minute stretch, drill session - 4<br><br>

I felt my pulse for 10 seconds after the run, and my HR was only 123.. maybe I'm not going fast enough? Maybe I'm an anomily.. where my heart just beats slower.. but I'm not a super human? yet.<br><br>
idk.. I'll have to pay close attention to it and see what its like during workouts. I was at 6:45/mile today.. hmm<br><br><br>

20 miles this morning pacing one of our ladies on her last long run till Boston. 8:16 miles on the hills.<br>
5 miles tonight on a treadmill.<br><br>

I'll get this party started for Sunday<br><br>
6:00 - 10 mile run - 40<br>
9:00 - 20 mile bike - 30<br>
12:00 - 1/2 hour upper body - 6<br>
other - 20 minutes of drills, stretching - 4<br><br>
2:00 - bed time = D<br><br><br><br>
and yea tricia.. I call her pookie. = D
