What a great venue!!<br><br>
I loved seeing the Christmas lights when I lived out there.<br><br>
AND....<br>
seeing the zoo from the eyes of kids......classic!<br><br>
Friends came out, and we all trouped off to the PHX zoo. The big kid (boy) was fascinated by all things "wild" the higher the potential for bodily harm, the better. Lions, tigers, etc. were very high on his list.<br><br>
The little kid (girl)....'bout your daughter's age......was mostly fascinated by......<br><br>
the ants! She'd squat down......and stare and stare.....those ants were the MOST fascinating animals.<br><br>
Birds? Nope.<br>
Monkeys? No thanks.<br><br>
Ants? She'd stay still for hours if we'd let her.<br><br>
The petting zoo was just a TOUCH better than the ants.
