What? The gimp girl is starting the daily workout thread?<br><br>
I did 45 minutes of pool running this morning. The first 10 minutes were warm-up/trying to figure out the form. I think I got it down all right except maybe my legs still need a little tweaking.<br><br>
Next was 6 X 2-minute "track sprints"/2 min recovery. Immediately during the sprints my stomach started feeling sick from the flotation belt around my waist. I ended up changing to a life vest which was more cumbersome but didn't bother my stomach (this is also why I can't wear water belts on runs).<br><br>
Then I cooled down for 10 minutes with easy running.<br><br>
This was nowhere near as good a workout as land running, but my face got warm, breathing was heavier, and when I took my heart rate it was in the 120-140 range.
