and the board is gone? I haven't checked in for a few days because my runnning has gone crappy (4 or less pretty much every day). On top of that, I had been eating like crap and managed to gain 10 pounds at my worst weigh in. Much of that is back off, so it was probably a fluke thing, but I need to get back into my routine. Even though I hadn't done much recently, the schedule only called for 45 minutes very easy yesterday, so I thought I'd stick with that.<br>
Pretty uneventful run, although I am over 1.5 minutes per mile faster at sub 140 bpm pace than I was 2 weekss ago. Wouldn't it be nice if that transalted equally acrossed the board to my other pace ranges...<br>
I did come close to getting run over by a retard rolling through a stop sign, and of course he had this look on his face like I was the idiot.<br><br>
15 minute warmup, then 60 at 160bpm tonight. Not really sure what to expect, so at least I shouldn't be able to be dissapointed.
