First Hardware, WOOOT !

Re: the GPS, in time, you'll learn to pace without it. BTW I never thought I would say that either. I ignored my watch yesterday in my race except for mile splits (Which I could have gotten from the guys standanding at a few of the markers). At some point, ya just gottta GOOOO

Anyway, great race! Since it's your first hardware, you are allowed to wear it for 1 week and tell everyone you know, a minimum of 3 times. 4 woudl be, you know, over the top

Hmm, double it and add 32 = low 80's F, ouch...

Did you feel more strength on the bike from your new workouts or is it too early to tell? I bet you could find 5 minutes on the bike pretty quickly with just a little work on your position and leg strength.

Yes, I felt tronger. This time, I took the same rolling hills holding on lower gears and keeping the aero position.
The course has also a long descent and I took it on the lowest gear, but that was still tough and felt cramps.

Wednesday I'll go back on training. Thanks for asking.

Nice going! You did well. Maybe your time wasn't as fast as you wanted, but you still got top 3 in your AG. Any race result with hardware is always sweet!
