Ok well that damn 5 pounds I lost 2 weeks ago found it's way back to my thighs. Dang it!! So back on track once again I go. That's the story of my life. Some day I will get it!!

Running dad- Great job on the loss!! You did great!
Batmomm: Yippee!!! Your new diet seems to be working out for you. Do you think cutting out meat helped too? You ate all veggie all week and then a meat dish right?
JB: AWESOME! Way to go, no worries about the pie. It will come off in no time at all.

Andi: We are here for you. We can help you brainstorm and get back on track. You can do it, I am have full confidence in you.
I'm up 2 pounds and I know it's from all the junk I've ingested over the last couple of weeks. I'll do better next week. Promise!

Nicole, Batmomm, JohnnyB - You all did fantastic! I'm getting back on the wagon!
Andi - You can do it, babe! We're all hangin' tough together.
Sorry I've been MIA. I was afraid to get on the scale. I've been eating like crap the past few weeks. I just can't stop eating for some reason. DH even commented on how much more I've been shoveling in (not in a mean way). I got on today and I'm down .5 lbs. I still have 4/5 lbs to go, but I'll take the .5 with what I've consumed. Summer is coming so I need to get my butt in gear and get rid of my tummy. VRAA is going to help, esp. with Batmomm as my captain.

Nicole- 40 lbs- that is amazing!!! You've done such a great job sticking to it. Way To Go!!!!

Monika, Gaela, Johnny- great job!!!!!!
Cho - There is always another week.. Don't give up!!!

Andi - Get on that scale! You. Can. Do. It.
Monika- thanks for giving us a little kick in the pants to be accountable
Good job Jen on facing your fear and getting on that scale!! WTG on the loss!!
My pleasure.. I'll do it again if I see this thread dying..
Rogue-I think it was really just paying more attention to what i was eating rather than the meat/veg switch. Meat isn't a downfall for me. Now if I become an anti-cheesetarian than you'll see some serious weight loss Also for hte last 3 days I've been faithfully "daily plating" and it helps to see where all the sneaky fat is coming from. Also for some freaky reason, right before AF where everyone else complains of bloating, I'm usually at my lightest
Batmomm: That is crazy about your Pre-AF visit! You are a select few to have that happen to! Thats cool you are able to be so detail oriented about entering into DP. I have a really hard time with that. Plus, my down fall is dinners. I tend to "guess" about calories/points etc and that is just an easy chance for me to over eat. Another thing that I am learning about myself is once I become disciplined in one area of my life another area goes to hell. DH and I are going through a complete overhaul of our finances since becoming self employed we have been consumed with money management etc. It's like all my discipline has gone towards that and nothing left for my diet. Now I need to learn balance. Sheesh one more thing to manage!
oh def with you on the fix one area and let the rest go to crap. That totally sounds like my plan of action
I had sweet cheese filled crepes last night instead of ice cream.. LMAO.. I don't know which one is worse, but I just can't help myself sometimes... there.. that was my confession..
I had jelly beans for breakfast with my slice of double fiber whole grain wheat bread, glass of OJ, and protein powder drink. For my snack, I had activia strawberry yogurt (4oz) and munching on aka Fiber One. I've already downed 1 bottle of water and working on the second one.
Oatmeal and jelly/peanut butter sandwich so far for me today... I'm behaving.. for now..
I heart frosted mini wheats.
I stuffed a mini cupcake down, wasn't even good...but the FF pudding I washed it down with was
