It's a new week!!! How is everyone doing????? This week has been a challenge and getting on the scale is going to SUCK! I need some accountability! Nicole where are you??? LOL. Okay here's to a new week. Take Care and have a good week. So what is your weight loss this week????

Happy new Accountability Week Rogue!!<br><br>
I'm not expecting any loss this week. I was 159 last week and since it most difficult to lose that last 2 pounds, I'm expecting this last pound to take forever to come off.. LOL.. My super goal is 158.. I'm almost there but not quite..

Well the sickness thing has messed me up but I think I am getting back on track! Last Tuesday (in the midst of the sickness) I was at 160. By Thursday I was down to 157.5. I knew I was going to put weight back on which was fine. Happily, I only put 2 lbs back on so I am at 159.5 which means I have OFFICIALLY lost over 40 lbs since Feb. 2007 (7 lbs since the first of the year) and am FINALLY under the 160 mark!!! I haven't been this low since before I had kids (so close to 9 years!). Only 9.5 left to go!!!<br><br>
So THANK YOU guys! I really credit so much of my success to the RM's & RD's. You guys are all such an inspiration and keep me motivated. Rogue, thanks for setting this thread up, I don't think I would have been this successful if I didn't have to be accountable to you guys! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

I'm not sure if the scale is broken, but today it said 157.5 lbs.. It might be some temporary loss because I had a hectic day yesterday. Time will tell.. For now I'll be just maintaining the weight, I don't need to lose anymore.<br><br>
I will still be checking in because if I don't remain accountable, I might go out of control again! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Down another .4 to 202.4 this week. If I hadn't downed a gigantic slice of pie after my run last night, i prob would be under 202 right now. Oh well, I'll take it.

well finally lost each of the half pounds I gained the last 2 weeks so I'm down to 115.7. I think cutting out fun stuff except for cream and ice cream helped. Now I just have to not get ice cream every week <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br><b>Wtg Johnny, Monika & Nicole!!</b>

I'm back at 195. That puts me at 10 down since the beginning of the year. I think my body is just getting used to it, then we'll see where I go from there.<br><br>

Everyone is doing great. I have not been on the scale in 2 weeks and have been eating like crap. I am scared. Spring is coming so I better get my butt in gear or I won't be seen wearing shorts this year. I need to figure out why i am eating so much so I can stop it. I'll let you all know when I am back at it. Maybe VRAA will help.
