New week!! Hopefully, I will remember to weigh in on Tuesday. I hope I actually lost for pete's sake.

Hey JB- I missed the Tortilla Soup recipe. Can you send me a link? I would love to have it. All it does is rain here in California and soup sounds good.

Okay, everyone we have almost been doing this for a month. Thanks for the inspiration.

Happy Running!

Here it is. Made it yesterday. Watch those tortilla strips in the oven. I burnt the first round yesterday. And be careful with blending the soup. My new blender top wants to fly off when I start it up if there's too much in there. Some kind of heated air effect or something. I had a pretty good day Sunday to offset Saturday and had a great MAF run around 11:50 pace.

Thanks JB. I will try it this week.

My b-fast this am is Kashi Go Lean Cereal with banana. It is yummy but I everytime I eat it, I think I am going to break a tooth! I need to let it sit a bit to get soft!

The sun was out for oh 30 minutes today but it felt good to see it, helped my mood a bit so hopefully that will get me through the day. I need my Vitamin D from good ol' sunshine!!

Have good day guys.

Yay - finally seeing some progress! Down 3 lbs this week so a total of 4 over 4 weeks!

Lee - sorry to read that. Have you tried daily plate? It really is simple to use and a realy wake up call. Maybe you need to give up the coffee/hot chocolates (ducks)!

Way to go Andi!!! I got your 3 this week!! LOL!

Hang in there Lee! Did you ever think that you may need to eat more? I know that sounds strange (especially coming from someone who gained this week!!!) but that is what happened to me when I was on weight watchers. I don't think I was eating enough and b/c I was exercising so much, my body seemed to hang on to whatever it could get its hands on! Try throwing some extra fruit and veggies in your inbetween meals and see what happens. Just my $.02.

Lee, dailyplate is really keeping me honest. Amazing how those calories in drinks add up. Once you do it for a week or so, all the stuff you eat regularly is right there memorized for you and easy to track. Plus they already have all the info for most store brands and many nation-wide restaurant chains. I am down another 1.6 for this week. I am now 4 pounds away from 200. I have not seen the underside of that number in probably 15 years.

I'm down 2 this week. *whew* Still have three to go before Feb1. I think I can do that. The daily plate is helping me a lot and it has that cool carb/protein/fat chart that I love which helps me balance those items. I also love not having to type the same stuff in everyday. Thanks Johnny for the find!
