Happy Monday!!!

How did everyone do last week?? The scale will reveal for me tomorrow and I am dreading it!! I am back on track today. My only huge obstacle is that I leave for Seattle on Thursday. YIKES!!!!! That will probably be a diet killer right there!

Take care and have a great week!

My clothes honestly don't feel any different. After I dropped that initial 6lbs I felt a difference but the fluctuation of 3 lbs since hasn't seemed to effect me. Somedays feel more "flabby" than others, but I think a lot of that may be my imagination.
Damn, Damn, Damn.

Scale was up 2 pounds. I am back to where I started. This SUCKS!!

I am trying to figure out why I eat the way I do. I Know that it is not good for me, I know that those cookies are going straight to my Ass but it doesn't stop me. It's like I am in denial about the weight coming back on and "it won't happen to me". Laziness!!!!

I have got to get motivated and do something about this. Plus I have gotten out of my habit of going to the gym in the morning. It is cold in the morning and I just don't want to get out of bed!! Again, sheer laziness. I guess going to the gym whatever time of day is better than not going at all.

I haven't eaten yet today, so I have a new day ahead of me. I hope I don't mess this up.
I am down 1.5 this week, and that's along with the arrival of AF, so I'm happy. I feel like I've definitely gotten a little better handle on my eating between work and dinner which was my biggest problem. I had ice cream last night (why do I do that the night before weigh in???!!!), but overall my sugar consumption is way down. It was a good week if I can just follow it with ANOTHER good week...that will be the real test!!
I just realized I havent' checked in yet.. LOL..

My scale is very tempremental but it's been saying 164 for the past two days.... Looks like I'm 1 pound down.

Goal - 160 lbs Super goal - 158 lbs

6 more pounds to go...
Excellent work this week Kristen!!! You are doing really well with your runs and your Weight loss!! Good job.
Good job Moni!! A pound is a Pound!!!
I caved and ate two mini reese cups from the giant candy bowl down the hall. Damn that candy! I hadn't touched that thing all of January. Hey tomorrow starts Lent.
I almost forgot to post... I'm down 3pounds this week. I gained 2 over the weekend, but I'm sure with proper eating for the rest of the week, I'll lose it again. Hopefully, I'll be able to record another 3 pound loss next week. My goal for Feb. is -5. Let's see if I can do it. If I do it, I should notice a difference in my jeans. What's really good is there are no major eating holidays or birthdays for me this month. We'll see...
WOW CHo!!!! Great Job on being down 3!!! That is so awesome! Keep up the good work.

BTW- Saw your pic tonight over on the RM's and Rd's thread. You are a pretty lady!!!
Thanks Rogue!! Sorry about the weight gain... Make sure you're eating balanced and well spread out meals, don't starve yourself because that will work against weight loss. Oh, and drink lots of water! Put away the cookies! Now!

WTG on the weight loss Chosha!! 3 pounds!! Wow, that's great!!
I forgot to post yesterday. I'm down a pound. I forgot what my goal weight loss date was, but I think it was March 1. I haven't done very well for Jan with the weight loss, and I won't succeed with my weight loss goals if I don't start working at eating better. I'm doing better during the day, but nighttime - not so good. The past two nights I've had ice cream before bed.

Dh said, "Don't you feel like the running you just did is wasted by eating that ice cream?" and I said, "No, I feel like I deserve it!"
Today's meals include fiber one, activia yougurt, whole grain wheat bread, oj, for breakfas. For lunch I had salad (must have everyday), tuna, whole grain wheat bread, and baby carrots (for mindless snacking). Haven't decided what dinner will be yet. I read something on one of the threads about skim milk. Might have to incorporate that into my diet.
Great job Chosha, Monika, and Marianne!!!
Good job Marianne!! Next time DH says that, tell him what about if you didn't run and had that ice cream, which you probably would anyways ... LOL.. Running is never wasted..
Thanks Jen!! WTG to you too on the loss..
After stopping at Target to buy a couple of pairs of jeans for DD, I ended up buying a little pack of peanut m&m's 'cause it was time for my protein shake and I wasn't home yet. They were gooooood. I just entered them in the daily plate and I don't think I will be having them again for a very long time! They increased my fat intake for the day significantly! How rotten is that?! I also had one almond hershey kiss. That thing was 25 calories! A starburst is only 10 cals. I wonder what this will do to my weight in the morning when I weigh myself.
Chosh, don't bang yourself up about it. Get back on the horse tomorrow.
Sorry guys, I forgot to check in yesterday. I think the flucuating thing is part of the whole picture. You will see that day to day. If you look at your weight once a week, you'll get a better idea of where you are.

I'm checking in at 198 officially. I think I need to re-evaluate my calorie intake. Daily plate is helping me to get a good grasp as far as calories in and weight that follows the next day.

Has anyone tried the Silk creamer? I'm trying some this week to try to get the fat down a little more. What do you guys think?
I resisted cookie dough ice cream last night.. I dont' know how I pulled it off.. LOL..
Monika - Now that IS will power!
