Good Morning,<br><br>
New week and it bright and sunny here today in California!!! Yippee, Spring is around the corner. I will be leaving today for the funeral of my cousin's little one so I weighed in early and I am down 5!!!!!!! <img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif">WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!<br><br>
That feels good.<br><br>
How is everyone else doing? I noticed in the main thread peeps, starting over and getting back on track, hope to see you in here!

Rogue - Congratulations on your weight loss!! That's fabulous!! At the same time, I'm so sorry for the loss of your cousin's precious little one!! Lots, lots of prayers going yours and your family way!! ((((((((Rogue and family)))))))))

Rogue - WTG on your weight. I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope it wasn't too difficult at the funeral. But I'm hoping your presence was a source of comfort for your cousin. (((Rogue)))<br><br>
Monika - Are you close to your goal?<br><br>
I hope it's OK for me to post here. I am not going to weigh in for the next 2 or 3 weeks. The next 2 weeks will be my hell weeks and the most difficult since I started running. I am hungry ALL the time. I am not eating well at all.

WTG ROGUE!!!<br><br>
I am down 3 lbs but I really think it is only b/c the girls sicknesses (yep, DD7 is puking today) have taken a toll. I really haven't been eating well, or eating much at all. So if it sticks, great, if not, I know why. I wish everyone luck this week!

Alemma - Of course it's ok for you to post here!! This thread always reminds me I have to control myself.. it's a good thread!! <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> I have a goal of 160 and super goal of 158. I wanted to be 160 by March 1st.<br><br>
Nicole - WTG on the weight loss girl!! Hopefully it will stick... I'm sorry about DD7.. (((((((DD7))))))) I see more weight loss in days to come Nicole..

well way to go Nicole and Monika. chosha 3lbs is big enough that it's prob water and can be dropped easy.<br><br>
I however gained another half pound and although I deserve it, I don't like it <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> I'm really need to get this on track before bathing suit season...

Sorry about the gain Gaela... Half a pound is not a lot, you can lose that in no time!!<br><br>
I can't believe that with the amount of running and xtraining we all do, we still have to work so hard to keep the weight off... I keep losing because my life has been so crazy lately, I can barely sit down for few minutes.. That's nuts!! I can't keep up this pace for much longer!! SOmetimes I just want to say "screw it" and that's usually when the date with ice cream and apple pie happens... <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

I will not weigh myself this week - it has been bad and I will just get discouraged. I am back on track starting today and will weigh myself next week.<br><br>
Congrats to all who lost this week - JB, Nicole, Monika (woo hoo for reaching your mini goal), rogue!<br><br>
The rest of us need to kick ass this week!

Ok, so I weighed in and I'm down 1 lb this week. My DH asked me if I've noticed much on the scale with "all this running"....I had to say "not really", but my clothes are fitting WAY better, so I'm happy.<br><br>
Congrats to all the losers this week!!!

No starving myself allowed. That always backfires. I'll just lower calories a bit and continue getting the same ratio of carbs/protien/fat that I like. I'll be down those 5. I'm sure a lot of it is from the crappy eating I've been doing for the last week. Adding the sugar to it didn't help. I'm hoping with my workouts and running, watching the diet, by March 1st, I'll be back at 160/159.
