Nice job Alemma! I picked up Alemma's one. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"> At least it's not worse after all the ice cream I ate over the weekend. I am happy with a one pound gain. No worries next week, I'll be down for sure.

Well - I am stuck at the same weight AGAIN!!! Three weeks straight w/o a change! I guess that is good in some ways but I am having the HARDEST time w/ this 3 lbs! I am trying to focus small, like I want to loose 3 lbs THEN worry about the other 10, but I just have not been able to do it! Oh well. It is that time of the month too so I should probably be happy that I didn't gain. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> Hope everyone does well!<br><br>

It was not pretty this morning. Up 1 <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">. I shouldn't be surprised - I have been eating like crap for the last 3 days. I promise to be better this week.

I'm up 1/2 pound this week...not too surprising after the chicken w/black beans and rice I had for dinner last night...oh and the beer...oh and all the chocolate I ate before dinner. <img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif"><br><br>

UGH UGH UGH Nicole- I know it is sooooooo frustrating when the scale doesn't move. Especially when you have been doing well with eating and excercising. Maybe going back to the basics and journaling everything you eat. Maybe that would help? I have started back on WW. I really like their website and being able to put in recipes and get points out of it. I don't know, we are here for you.<br><br>
Batmomm: That half pound always hangs around doesn't it? Maybe this week your body will level out a bit. If your rings are tight maybe increasing the water intake will help. That helps me out when I have the rub your belly feeling.<br><br>
JohnnyB: Good for you for holding steady.<br><br>
Andi: Your pound will come off very quickly for you. I hope you have a good food week.<br><br>
Kristen: Your 1/2 will come off after your run tonight. Remember too, you are increasing your mileage which may make you hungrier. Don't forget your protein that helps out a bunch!!!<br><br>

I actually had a good week. <img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif"> I'm down 3 from last week to 195.<br><br>
I don't understand what I'm doing. This weekend wasn't exactly an exercise in self-control. Sat. night included 1/2 supreme pizza, 2 pieces of ice cream cake, and 4 beers. Last night was 2 pieces of ice cream cake and another beer. I didn't think that dropping the ball would do that, I expected gaining weight. WTF?!?!

My scale has been going between 160 and 161 all week.... threrefore I'm declaring no weight loss this week. No gain either so that's good. Last week I was at 161.. I'm only a pound away from my goal and 3 pounds away from my super goal..

We went grocery shopping today and DH got whole bunch of bad snackies... There is a lot of temptation in my house now.. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> There is an apple pie, ice cream, brownie mix, chocolate, bags and bags of various chips, chocolate covered granola bars, etc.. etc... DH went wild and I helped him a bit... <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
