Good Morning,<br><br>
I have been AWOL since last Thursday. I was in Seattle and had a blast but oh boy the food.......................... The scale will be very evil in the morning. Oh well, it's done and over with. Back on track.<br><br>

I am down 2 from last week. Guess getting lost pays off sometimes. I think that hour or so of PT exercises burns more calories than I thought too. Gotta make my ass do them more often even though I need them less now. I'm actually in the middle of them now

Well I am right smack in the 0 zone - which is good b/c we got our Girl Scout Cookies in. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> I have them out of sight, out of mind now but that didn't help me this weekend!<br><br>
I did learn a GOOD lesson though on my run on Sunday. As I was running, I could feel how my body was not happy with the fuel it had. I realized what I was doing to myself by eating crap and really saw how it could effect my running. It was no longer "Oh if I eat this, I can just run it off...." it became, "OK, I need to eat this so that I can run better and feel better when I am running". Big lesson for dumbass Nicole! (either that or turn into a geriatric like Johnny B but I would probably have had DH pick me up instead of finishing my run!!! LOL!)<br><br>

Oh boy, that was not pretty. Let me tell you. I find it very interesting that I keep gaining weight since suggesting this thread!!!! Holy Freakin' cow.<br><br>
Alright, I have had enough. I am losing all this fricken weight if it kills me.<br><br>

I am down 1 lb this week. Was hoping for 2, but that's ok. I did have a candy bar for breakfast one day...I shouldn't expect to be rewarded for that! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Well this WAS an all time low weigh-in for me, if you exclude days where I didn't weigh myself until after I ran. But I likely will need to cut way back on workouts now, at least temporarily, so it certainly won't be any easier.

Scale has been kind to me this week... It said this morning that I was 161 pounds... That's 3 pounds off since last week. I weigh myself twice on two different scales to be sure...<br><br>
1 pound to go on my goal of 160 lbs<br>
3 pounds to go on my super goal of 158 lbs
