I'm off after today. Had a nice workout day yesterday. 5.8 miles @ 7:32 pace and 40 minutes on the TRX trainer and some pushups before work. I'll run easy today. Still leaning toward not running a race tomorrow, but my bro-in-law will likely have other ideas...

5.8 miles at much easier pace today, felt good. Still no snow here but cold. Was in the 30s for my run. Heading out to the local brewer to get my growlers filled. Bro-in-law will be here tonight and loves good beer.

Everybody have a great holiday tomorrow and enjoy your families. I will likely not post tomorrow. Enjoy!

Hi all! We're in NY at the inlaws. There is a little bit of snow here and there on the ground. We haven't seen any snow yet where I live so ds was super excited. There is a local T Trot race here tomorrow but I don't think I'm going to do it. I'd rather run easy and just enjoy some time alone - 8hrs in the car with the family will do that I guess:)
