<p>Good morning! Busy week around here and I have not made it on much! Have been more consistent with my running this wk so that is a plus...3 runs so far and biked on Thurs.  Will head to the gym in a bit to bike and hoping to get a longer run in tomorrow (5-6 HA!) Now I just need to start eating better as well! Hopefully I can kick some bad habits I picked up these last few months!</p>

<p>Went to Mama Mia with my sils on Wed....it was awesome! I have been singing Dancing Queen ever since! :) </p>

<p>Alright off to make puppy chow for concessions for a BB tourney we are helping with this wkend...footballl game this afternoon, date night with dh tonight and tomorrow have to workconcessions at the tourney for a couple hours!...also need to find some time to clean up the extra bedroom and paint a bedroom..picking out new carpet right now!</p>

<p>HI SB!  Sounds like you are keeping busy as usual.  Good job keeping up with the running and biking.  Mama Mia sounds like fun :)</p>

<p>No run for me today but I did try out my "new" bike.  The frame rides smoother than my last one if that is possible.  I had problem with shifting though and that was very aggravating.  Lots of stops to try to adjust stuff but I couldn't get it right.  I also did some PT stuff and tomorrow I'll do a short run and maybe some swimming.  Have a good weekend!</p>

<p>Hi Sisu! How's the IT doing? Sounds like you're keeping pretty busy. Glad you're able to get back on the bike, hope the shifting works out.</p>
<p>I had a nice 4 mile run with Tank this morning, now it's off to do some food shopping.</p>
