<p>I get to run for 30min today!  So very exciting!  I'm sore from my PT appointment yesterday because he had me do a bunch of single legged squats and single leg press, etc.  Phew!  </p>

<p>Good morning!  Cycled last night and will try to fit a run in at some point today.  I am working from home for my old job today since they don't have a replacement for me yet and I just can't leave my clients high and dry.</p>

<p>The new job is good so far.  It's always kind of slow at the start.  They haven't had a chance to give me all of my responsibilites yet.  I think it will be a really good fit for me though. </p>

<p>Good morning everyone!  I'm just sitting here drinking some coffee listening the kids talk about the prizes they want to win by selling things out of the fund raiser catalog for school.  I hate to break it to them that there's little chance of winning anything. LOL</p>

<p>I ran 6 miles yesterday and Ron and I will run tonight when he gets home from work.  I'm trying to keep my motivation up, so I guess I better plan another race again soon.</p>
