Hey Ron! Hope you enjoy your run in TX! Are you running outside? I bet it's like 75 out, right? When do you head home?

Paul - sorry about all of that snow. I hope the snow removal goes smoothly. It's fairly "warm" out isn't it compared to what we've had lately? Stay safe out there!

We didn't get much snow really - maybe 3"or so? It's still snowing but it's supposed to stop soon and then be sunny later. I guess I will hit the TM today for a short run and do all of my stretches, etc.

RON--how is TX? hope you had a good run!

SUDS--sorry for all the shoveling :(--how are you legs feeling these days, any issues?

SISU--have a great tm run later --and yes I heard the word "melting" in our forcast :)

did w3d1 last night--have to say it was a lot harder than the previous weeks and next week looks brutual...so I may have to slow things down a notch to keep the consistent running going...not sure I can keep that pace going for 5 mins (yet)--so we will see...:)

Good morning Sisu! Hope you have a good run later. Yes, it does feel warm here too, it's finally up into the high 20's.

Good morning Amber! Glad you guys got passed over for the storm this time. Take it easy on the runs, pace can make or break a good run. There's no rush, just keep moving forward.

Morning y'all!

We had some snow the other night, but it wasn't cold enough to stick, so we really lucked out on that. Three snows in less than two weeks, I am not impressed at all. I feel for you guys who have a ton of snow.

I do not foresee a productive day over here. Maxwell had his 6 month check up yesterday and got shots, so he has a fever and is a crabby guy. I am not going to try and take him to the gym today, just to be on the safe side. I will attempt to do some yoga at home later this afternoon, provided the children cooperate.

DB and I teamed up and folded some laundry, and he cleaned most of the kitchen. I started some more laundry, and I made a list. Can that be enough productivity? I think clingy baby is going to need me to nap with him.

LB - sounds like you were very productive today! Taking care of a baby is highly productive although you may not feel that way when you have million other things to do! Hope Max is feeling better soon. I can't stand how cute those pics of him and DB were!

45min on the lazyman bike and 20min of yoga instead of a run. I'm still feeling the effects of my ART treatment on Tuesday - in a good way but I'm sore - so I thought it made sense to skip the TM. I've got a long TM run tomorrow I guess. Ds was home today not feeling good and he still has a fever and headache, etc. so I imagine he'll be home tomorrow, too.
