<p>Good morning!  I went to boot camp this morning.  It was a great workout.  We had a busy weekend.  DD played 2 lax games yesterday and has been officially invited to play up a level.  I had the absolute worst run of my life on Saturday.  The 1st 13 miles were good and the last 4 were horrible.  My calves were cramping up something fierce.  I obviously need to figure out a different fueling strategy.  Hopefully my 18 this weekend will go better.</p>

<p>Andi - sounds like a really busy weekend!  Sorry that your run wasn't good.  I've only had to deal with calf cramps a few times and it was really painful!  Congrats to your dd for moving up a level :)</p>

<p>We had a busy weekend, too, but I got to run on Saturday with some friends.  I'm off now to help out at school, run after that and then hit the grocery store.  have a good day!</p>

<p>nothing really to report...sick all weekend....but still had stuff to do :(</p>

<p>subbing today at school from 11:30-1 on the playground and then I kick off my afterschool program at 3-4:15...hope I did everything right and the kids remember and they all show up--I hate chasing kids down...</p>

<p>so running will start this week, when hopefully my life is a little less chaotic!</p>

<p>I ended up running for 60 min or so and about 1/2 way through the run the wind picked up and it started raining/slushing on me.  I had no idea that was going to happen! I guess I should actually look at the forecast now and then.  Heading to yoga tonight.  </p>
