Hey my running people - I miss all of you! Life has been crazy busy for us lately. The big news is that we bought a horse! I had horses for many years and had to sell my last one when I went to college and 24 yrs later I'm finally a horse owner again. The funny thing is that her name is SuzieQ and I don't think I should change it. Anyway, it took me a lot of work to figure it all out and now I am trying to spend time riding and figuring out all of the gear since I sold all of mine many years ago. It's so much fun and I'm thrilled.

To say my running has suffered is an understatement! I did run a good 10k a few weeks ago and set a new PR of 46:53 which I was really happy about. I have been having an issue with my rib and lower back and it's really bothering me since that race. I didn't run today or yesterday and saw the chiro a few days ago and he put my rib back in place but it's not better. Sudsy and I are running a HM this weekend and I hope it's feeling better by then. It might end up being a slow shuffle to the beer!

Either way it will be fun to catch up with Sudsy.

I hope you are OK Paul! Take it easy and save your running for Sunday

Staci - great job on your run! 80 deg?? Wow! We've had some really humid warm weather for this time of year and it's so hard to run. I don't even want to think about winter yet

Fer - hope you had a great run today. How is your class going?

Ron - hope you had a good workout!
