Morning my running friends. I will get a work out in tonight. It should be another warm one here but this time of the year it doesn't stay warm for too long. My kids have tomorrow off of school so they are staying with my parents.

Hey my running people - I miss all of you! Life has been crazy busy for us lately. The big news is that we bought a horse! I had horses for many years and had to sell my last one when I went to college and 24 yrs later I'm finally a horse owner again. The funny thing is that her name is SuzieQ and I don't think I should change it. Anyway, it took me a lot of work to figure it all out and now I am trying to spend time riding and figuring out all of the gear since I sold all of mine many years ago. It's so much fun and I'm thrilled.

To say my running has suffered is an understatement! I did run a good 10k a few weeks ago and set a new PR of 46:53 which I was really happy about. I have been having an issue with my rib and lower back and it's really bothering me since that race. I didn't run today or yesterday and saw the chiro a few days ago and he put my rib back in place but it's not better. Sudsy and I are running a HM this weekend and I hope it's feeling better by then. It might end up being a slow shuffle to the beer! :) Either way it will be fun to catch up with Sudsy.

I hope you are OK Paul! Take it easy and save your running for Sunday :)
Staci - great job on your run! 80 deg?? Wow! We've had some really humid warm weather for this time of year and it's so hard to run. I don't even want to think about winter yet :)

Fer - hope you had a great run today. How is your class going?

Ron - hope you had a good workout!

I had one of my best runs of the year. I know it was only 6.5 but it was awesome.
