<p>Evening my running friends.  I did a short slow run this morning and some weights.  Tomorrow will be a longer run and more weights.  Baseball was a little ugly but at least tomorrow is another day.</p>

<p>Yesterday I finished my one hour run in 60 minutes so I feel good about that.</p>
<p>Today however is a different story. Again I'm stopped from completing my long run due to hip and leg pain. It looks like I'm going to have to drop to the HM and play it safe while I try to figure something out here. Well, a good HM is better than a full DNF. Ijust hope they let me drop down since the half is already closed out.</p>
