Good morning!

Happy Friday :) Busy day ahead for me and I don't know when I'll fit a run in. I'm going to ride with a friend this morning and then my horse is getting moved to a new barn. Very exciting! It has finally stopped raining and it looks like we are going to have a great weekend. My foot is feeling much better with a few days off from running. I'll be back on track tomorrow morning when I meet my running group.

Paul - I pre-apologize if I buttdial you again today. I will have my phone in my back pocket while I ride my horse! :)

Good morning Sisu! Sounds like a great day in store for you! Enjoy the ride and butt dial any time!

A good workout for me this morning and a late night planned. Looks like a jam session at the local pub tonight and work tomorrow so I'll be tired by tomorrow night. Sisu, the rain is long gone here too and it looks like a great weekend!

Good morning! Walked and did weights again last night. Walked very slowly, I might add!!! :) I can't decide if I should forego all exercise (except arm weights of course) in an effort to get the pain gone out of my leg, or if a little walking is good to keep things limber....Any thoughts? The doctor said slow, short walking is fine, but she really does not know what is going on at this point. And neither do I!!! Today is errand day, otherwise not much excitement.

Sisu ~ Enjoy your ride!! How long have you had your horse? I grew up riding, but stopped once I got into high school. Now we have a sweet pony. :)

Paul ~ how is your leg? Have fun jamming tonight!

Good morning Marianne! Tough call on that leg, but if there is still pain you might want to give it a break and stick to the upper body for a while. My hips are doing much better and I'm looking forward to running again.

Good morning Ron! Enjoy your workout! Looks like we're all broken here to some degree. Hopefully we'll all recover soon.

Happy Friday everyone!!! I hope you have fun plans for the weekend. I will be studying today and I will head out for a run this morning. I hoping I can make myself keep going for 10 miles or so, but we will see. I just have such a hard time keeping my head in the game for more than 45 minutes to an hour. It's not that I am having any physical reason to stop, I just get bored or think I have stuff I need to do at home. I feel like I'll never be able to run a marathon again.

Tomorrow is football day, so while the rest of my family heads out to go to the game I will stay at home with the little kids and watch the game on TV. November 5th, Boise State plays at UNLV, so my parents are going to drive me to Las Vegas and Ron will pick me up there and we will all go to the game together, so that should be fun. I'm looking forward to that.

Suds-Have fun at the jam session tonight! That sounds great!

Susan-Have fun riding and moving your horse! How far will you be running with your group tomorrow?

Marianne-I am sorry you are hurting! :( That is miserable, especially if it is bothering you just while walking. It sounds like you might need to take it easy for awhile.

Husband! I hope your employee day is fun! :)

Paul ~ Yeah, that's what I am thinking too! I'm glad you're doing better!!

Fer ~ Hope you have a nice run! I know exactly what you mean - sometimes during a run I feel like I should be home taking care of whatever chores need doing and I get all conflicted about how far I should go. It's so hard to turn your mind off when it goes in that direction!! Maybe you could try running different routes, new music, or something new in the way of running gear to freshen things up? Enjoy your weekend!

Ron ~ Have a good workout later!
