<p>Where was everyone this weekend?  We had baseball this morning and the weather was great.  They were in the last inning and winning for a 2 game lead over the second place team then a fire broke out across the street and the fire department stopped all games.  Oh well I am sure it will count.  I ran a little and lifted today.  Having trouble with a knot/cramp in my back but I am thinking it should be fine by tomorrow.</p>

<p>Good morning Ron! Sounds like it was a good game until the fire. I would think that the game would count since it was almost over. Hope the back's doing ok today.</p>
<p>No run for me today but I will be out mowing the lawn. From last weekend until this weekend the grass just shot up like crazy.</p>
<p>Had a good run yesterday. My schedule called for me to run a 5k, but since I didn't have time to drive to one I just ran my own. I managed a 6:59 pace, was hoping for a little better but my main goal was to be under 7 minutes anyway.</p>
