Where are you Sudsy? My morning is all messed up since you weren't on to start the day! Hope you are OK!

I'm heading to boot camp class. Should be fun! I hope to run a bit after but I'll see how the IT band feels. Have a good day!

Good morning! I was up and out early for 7. It was cold out, but with no wind it felt great.

Sisu - Have fun at bootcamp. You'll get stronger and that may help with your IT band issue.

Andi - you are right about bootcamp helping my it band! Plus, it's going to do wonders for my core and upper body. Good job getting out there for your run this morning!

Good job running this morning Amber! hope you have a good day. Kids are back to school today, right?

Afternoon my running friends. I was out this morning seeing some of our properties. I was able to get a run of a little over 5 too and some weights. Maybe tomorrow night I will try for an hour run. We will see how my legs feel.

Susan sounds like bootcamp was fun. I get in bad moods when I am not feeling sore.

Sisu, for some reason I'm having a hard time with the 20. I'm not sure why I was feeling sick at the end. I was a good boy the night before and only drank water. Could be the 10 mile pace run took a little more out of me than I thought, even though it was only an 8:07 pace. I guess a bit of a taper may do me some good before the race so I'll take it easy a bit for the final 2 weeks before the run.

Ron, your right. How the hell can we socialize and be expected to work at the same time?
