Hello! Old running friends. I am back from the war zone and working my runs in. Actually, I got home two months ago. Working out some injuries on my back and shoulder, so I am running slow and not very far. Did a very slow (almost 10 minute mile) 3 today.

Good morning runners! I am up early today because I gave xh a ride to the airport. Now I am hanging out with the girls until time to go to school. I ran 8 miles yesterday after a week off and I felt really good. I will run a little later today but I am not sure what time.

Morning my running friends. I did my abs this morning and will do something else later. It will probably be a running rest day but I am not sure yet. It is raining again here but should stop for the rest of the week after todays rain ends.

Ron - I did the class on Friday. Saturday my legs were sore but the shoulders just started yesterday. I haven't put Christmas away yet - I need to wait until the soreness goes away so I can carry the boxes up to the attic without killing myself. lol!

I ran 3 miles and lifted a little this afternoon. I felt pretty good when I was running, but I was crunched for time because I needed to go pick DD up from school. And, at the end of my work out, my stomach started bothering me. I don't know why, but I've been feeling a little sick for the last 3 days or so. I hope it goes away soon. It's annoying.
