<p>Morning my running friends.  Just sitting here waiting to go for a run.  I will probably lift later but want to get a short slow run in soon.  The weather is crazy here it is raining, cool and a little hail.  Now the sun is peaking through.</p>

Hello my fellow runners! Dd had her first cross country practice today. She had fun. There was a lot if walking going on by all of the kids. I ran with her and her friends. They are very cute.<br><br>
Ron - I hope you had a good run and workout today! The weather here is perfect right now.<br><br>
Suds - I hope you have a great long run tomorrow!<br><br>
Tomorrow ds11 has his first football game it's a varsity game so he most likely will not see any playing time. And ds13 has 3 hockey games. He has 1 for his house team, 1 for the JR high team, and he is filling in on another team because their goalie has a football game. We will be gone all day and most of the night.

<p>Jennifer and I ran at the beach today.  It felt great except for the wind but we had a lot of fun.</p>

<p>Andi I don't know how kids do it.  I think my oldest son is a little interested in running cross country next year for HS.</p>
