Very cool! It looks like you have a nice mix there of strength work and speed work with nice breaks in between for recovery. I'm getting ready to do this very thing....I'm gonna start teaching spinning classes at the Y here in Bloomington. (Since I haven't done it yet, I can't give you much good feedback, though.)

Haw, I didn't realize it but I DO have some! I don't know the artists for most of the Happy2bHardcore "Type" stuff. For those who've never heard, it is 160bpm type stuff. Very fast. Love it for a good spin. All positive too, no negative message stuff.

Ronbo, when I used to DJ at my ski club I kept all my playlists. I'll have to dig them up and send them to you. I guess if they're good for drinking and dancing they'd be good for working out too. There's all kinds of high BPM, early/mid-90s stuff that'd be perfect. It all reminds me of Club Med .

there is nothing like some good mindless high BPM stuff for a speed workout. Run or bike. Try keeping pace with it @ 160bpm is just a whole different workout. I'm gonna mint me some fast twitch fibers yet!
