ok... It looks like this works....

What do you think?

If anyone has a problem with a thread/post, members can report it. They fill in the information and all moderators SHOULD get an email.. PLUS, I will set it up so it automatically posts a thread in the 'planning room'.

That will allow us to document issues and discuss (debate/argue/hugfest) in private?

Your thoughts on this as a way to handle hot buttons

I can disable the email function totally - but yes.. the mod and admin will get an email for each reported infraction as well as a post in the the planning room. So - as mods, you either get an email notice of a problem, or watch the planning room for new posts.

I don't think it's going to be a big issue.. but it is nice to be notified if there is a problem. This will preclude you and other mods living here... (though that isn't NECESSARIALLY BAD!)
