Well, after last night's swim practice, I am feeling alot better. It ended up that I was the only one that showed up for practice, so I got one on one attention. We basically tried to work out all my issues (or at least figure out what was the cause). My biggest problem stems from my breathing still, in that I am not blowing out all my air before I go up for more. So we got my exhaling more consistantly, and completely, and we also worked on my rotation so that when I go up for air, I get a split second more time. It seems to have worked pretty well. But the good thing is, I know what I need to be doing, so I can focus on that when Im just out there swimming.

Yay!

I love when there's no one at practice but me,...or just me and one or two others. THat extra impromptu attention can really be nice.

Or......it could mean more of an "eagle eye" on me asking......."did you make the interval? Did you really decrease your SPL the right way?...." lol
