<h3><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#800000;"><strong>After Saturdays spin bike my legs were still a little stiff so it is good that this week is a recovery week.</strong></span></span></h3>

<h3><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#800000;"><strong>Todays workout consisted of a 4 mile run which ended up to be a little longer with my short cool-down.  I set the treadmill at an 8 minute pace for the first mile and then increase the speed to a 7:30 pace for mile 2 and 3 and finished the last mile at a 6:58 pace.  And then cut the speed back to 8 minute pace for the remaining time I had left on the treadmill with a total time running of 32 minutes.</strong></span></span></h3>

<h3><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#800000;"><strong>I am so ready to get home and begin running outside again.  It won't be too much longer and I will be back in Alabama.</strong></span></span></h3>
