Good morning! If ever there was a day to relish recoveries, I think today is it! I'm still in awe of Dove's humongously amazing 101 miles that she finished yesterday, wow!! Can we congratulate her (and her amazing support crew of Opie and Labduck) enough?? No way! Rest up well, my friends. You definitely deserve it.

So in honor, I ran a couple recovery miles as well this morning. For some reason, I didn't hit the start button properly on my Garmin when I started out, so when I passed the spot that I know is one mile, the counter still said zero. Obviously I started it then, and just figured I'd add a mile to my log once I got home, at whatever my average pace was for the remaining miles. So all in total, 3.6 miles in 36ish minutes. Good enough.

But what's interesting is that before I went out to run this morning, I read this article on GPS (in)accuracy. Talk about karma!

Enjoy the day, all!
