Does anybody know of any good recovery drinks? Something not too thick.

Endurox R4 has been discontinued. I've heard of people using chocolate milk, Boost, Slim Fast Optimum and Power Bar Recovery, but the consistency is all thick for these things. I want something that will go down like a drink.

My internets searches have been fruitless so far.

I use Ensure or chocolate soy milk. My coach wanted me to use the Hammer Revorite (?) or whatever their recovery drink was. It tasted gross, but i mixed crystal light in it and it was fine.

EAS makes an orange flavored recovery drink. It's Race Recovery, I googled. http://www.eas.com/endurancetour/racerecovery.asp It wasn't thick like chocolate milk or SlimFast.

I drink lowfat chocolate milk or soy chocolate milk. Notey, can you have drinks with sugar in them post-run for recovery?
