what cuts do you have?<br><br>
steaks? roasts?<br><br>
I like steaks cooked on a black iron skillet<br><br>
you need olive oil and russian dressing (french works ok too - but not fat free it'll turn into nasty goo)<br><br>
heat a few tablespoons of oil in fry pan until it's almost smoking - add the steaks and flip them quickly to sear both sides. Turn down heat and add a couple tablespoons of salad dressing, flip to coat then keep moving the steaks around until you see some juice coming out the top - you want to cook it to medium rare no more

My grandmother always treated venison like any other cut of meat just with one small change... she marinated the venison in buttermilk to help with the gaminess.
