Okay, so my speed hasn't done quite what I hoped to do with my speed.<br><br>
I haven't done a half race recently, but based on training runs I'm positive I can do it in less than 2:10.<br><br>
Do I have any chance of running my marathon in November in 4:30, or do I need to cut back?<br><br>
