If you have access to a track Yasso 800's might be your answer<br><br>
It seems if you and do 10 800's (1/2 miles) in the time you want to do your marathon you have a good shot at it.<br><br>
So for you you'd need to be able to do 10 4 min 30 sec 800's<br><br>
