I found vegetarian sushi rolls at Wegmans!

So I got to try sushi, and I loved it.

Except for the pile of vile green mush they put on the side of the little platter. WHAT is that? blech!
I think it's a natural thing... you're not on "auto-pilot" with your eating choices, and it takes more thought. Plus, you are trying new things, which also takes some brain processing cycles.

Same here, btw.
I haven't tried those yet. It's amazing the variety of veggie substitutes available now! My veggie daughter is all about the veggie corn dogs!
I just made a quick easy pizza:

boboli whole wheat crust
fatfree ricotta cheese, about a cup, mixed with parmesan and italian herbs
parmesan cheese sprinkled over

Bake about 10 minutes.

The deliciousness far exceeded the effort!
Swiss chard was one of my first overwhelming successes in my first vegetable garden.

That, and zucchini. I had more of both than I knew what to do with.

I haven't had a veggie garden for a few years, but I am determined to make it happen this year. Can't beat produce that is THAT fresh!
