Ok...<br>
the other week I ran a long run with Tithers graciously acting as my rabbit. She was great...I know it was a slow pace for her, but it was just a tad quick for me....not too quick...but quicker than if I'd been on my own.<br><br>
Snooze helped her with this week's half....... Didn't even need to make her cry!<br><br>
GRR....paces as well....<br>
and pacer Chris.<br><br>
I'm just thinkin' here....waiting for the 'za to get here.....<br>
Perhaps having some sort of contract Kick pacing would be nice?<br>
I know both people would have to be registered for the races and all...or groups of people......<br><br>
Or, I could just be talking out my hiney.

Sheldon is teaching me to run faster....<br>
I have no idea how to pick a goal time...<br>

it's GONNA be faster than 5:50.<br><br>
I think I'll have a better idea closer to the end of summer....right?<br>
I did a long run (1:20) with Tithers the other week, and we did a 12:19 pace. I'm slow, but I'm persistent.
