<p>Very, very quiet here!</p>
<p>Wish work had been the same... things are starting to go a bit nuts.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>But....not so nuts as to keep me from getting in a 3 mile run at lunch. 5:1s were a lot easier today. In the spirit of planning for the 5K I'm going to RD in the fall, I'm still trying to pin down the course...so went out at the time we're going to be holding the run.  Good thing... there's one loop I'm going to have to cut out because of construction, so will likely need to add in a big hill to compensate.  And it's prep for a company event....so I don't have to make up the workout time.  <span><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></span></p>

<p>I didnt' want to post till after my run.   Ran 8 miles tonight in just under 8 min pace and wishing for rain.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Going to leave for youth camp next  Monday and may not access Kick.   Somebody talk to Heme while I'm gone. :)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Tooth broke again this afternoon so it looks like next week is going to be dicey.</p>

<p>I think it's friday by now.  Wednesday I did a quad searing 31:50 on the eliptical followed by another 30 minute sweat fest at an easier level.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Tonights workout was a steady effort the first 60 minutes and a progressive last 20 minutes.  Oh how great a shape I would be in if I could run workouts that hard!!</p>
