A co-worker says that when she is feeling stressed, she takes a deep breath and says "begin again." She says it helps.<br><br><b>How do you relax?</b><br><br>

At the end of the day I walk past this pillar in our building. I touch the pillar, every day.<br><br>
Someone noticed this and asked me about it. I told him that it is a ritual I have of leaving the problems at work. They are inevitably there when I return in the morning.

Today the only thing that can make me relax isn't going to happen. So I'm not sure what to do. Right now I'm nervously avoiding work and wishing I could get out for a run. The run would help, simply because it would be an outlet. When I get nervous I get antsy, fidgety, etc. And I'm bursting right now.

Maybe you should leave them someplace else, perhaps at someone else's place of work? ta-daah! No problems waiting for you in the morning!

That usually gets me to relaxed. I was out cold at 8:00 the other night after a couple with dinner.

My hubby and I are going to get out for a quick bite to eat in about 45 minutes, so I am hoping some sunshine and fresh air will make things not seem so grim.
