Sometimes your stomach rejects the things you've fed it. It happens. Excess sodium (and I really mean excess) is known to cause nausea as well.<br><br>
If it happens to you, no fear. Understand that you need to replace the essentials back into your system in order to keep moving forward. I.e. water, electrolytes, and calories.<br><br>
