Thank goodness Durt is discreet with his puking, cause i missed it when he did it, even though we were together for 95% of the race

1. mot important step is PREVENTION. Make sure you are eating enough and taking in enough electrolytes and S! caps. Once you feel a twinge of nausea, eat lots og ginger. Walk if you have to. I find that some foods i can tolerate, and others i cannot. Bring a plastic baggie with you and fill it up at the aid station, so you can nibble slowly. Pretzels, soup, etc. Anything bland and salty. Also, coke (not pepsi) at the aid stations

2. why did you puke? Dehydration? electrolyte imbalance? heat? overexertion? bad food?

3. Drink and try to get some calories back in. Gingerale at aid stations is good too
