If I would happen to throw up during an endurance race, what are the next steps I should be immediately taking to get myself back into order to continue?<br><br>

In making my lists, I almost forgot to add ginger candy. I definitely want to have that along, just in case.<br><br>
Every time I've felt pukey, it was because I didn't keep up with the hydration/electrolytes thing. I am going to be very focused on it this time.
