I'm asking this for my wife, so here goes:<br>
She just started running with a friend over the last weekend and has<br>
decided she needs to invest in some good sports bras. Any suggestions on what works for you? I'll see if I can get her to either create a profile on here, or let her login from mine later on because I'm sure she'll be better at deciphering/replying to your answers than me.

I love Adidas and Moving Comfort but like Alicia, I'm not terribly blessed in that arena.

I go to Target and buy the seamless bras, I am a C cup. What she can wear will depend a lot on what she needs, ladies who are well endowed usually have to got to a specialty site for more supportive bras.

Thanks everyone! I'll show her what you said here and see if she has any questions. She will need a more supportive one...I can't remember if she is on the high end of C or low end of D.

from what I've read, the more blessedly endowed tend to like the Moving Comfort Fionna bra, and the Enell.<br><br>
I'm a C cup (although the vanity sizing at VS says I am a DD), so I just wear the seamless C9 bras from target.

Go to Title 9 (<a href="http://www.titlenine.com" target="_blank">www.titlenine.com</a>) and check out their bras, you will not be disappointed with the selection and the descriptions. They rate all the bras with "dumbbells" and make it easy to decide which is right for her. I have the Trilogy bra and have worn it thru a few 100 milers with no complaints. I am a good C.<br><br><img alt="" src="http://www.titlenine.com/images/us/local/products/detail/310100_dt.jpg" style="border:0px solid;">

ooo....that's PRETTY!<br>
do you have that exact one? Or does it have other colors?<br><br>
BTW, I love Title 9 and the dumbells RAWK!!! Makes it easy to figure out what works. That being said, I've also found that some brands/styles work better for me than others, so I have a few that have been relegated to weights or bumming around the house instead of actual "support duty" if you know what I mean.

I do not have that color, that is the new color, but i want it!!! i have a light blue one, the white one with striped straps and the green one. I may order one of each available on sierratradingpost.com <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> I like it because i can take my shirt off and still feel covered and that it looks like a sports bra, not a bra.<br><br>
As far as the Fiona bra, the one with the velcro straps, i have had a couple times where one of the straps came undone while running!!!!!!!!!!!! <img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif"><img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif"><img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif"> I now only wear it for the stepper. It was too embarrassing to run with!

Well, I am a 32D, which would really be considered a C. I wore that Champion bra when I was a G, though (while nursing my kids). I do Tae Bo in it! You don't move at all! For tris, I wear something similar to the C9 seamless at Target. I buy the Champion Double Dry Glisten, which is probably the same bra. It is not as supportive, but it works for tris (I have many colors too). I can't wear one with cotton in it for tris, but cotton is definitely the most supportive. I also like the Champion (the one Julia posted) because it doesn't squish you!

I'm hoping this starts a trend. It was between this one and the one of her dancing on the bar at Coyote Ugly shortly after this one was taken. I didn't want her to look too wild though.
