What's the difference in your 5K program as compared to the C25K program? I can see the time difference, but can you share the reasoning/benefits? I see you don't run a continous time, until race day and it is only 8 weeks instead of 9.<br><br>
Do you have suggestion for switching between the two? Or just stay with which ever one you started?<br><br>
