<p>  We don't even have a real jack-olantern this year- but our recycling tradition was to cut the face the night before the big day then on the day after Halloween- I murdered ole Jack with a cleaver and put him in the oven to bake.   Jack makes many fine pumpkin muffins all year long from  1 cup bags of pulp stashed in the freezer!     Yummy Jack !</p>
