good hamstring stetch:<br><br>
put your sore leg out in front of you, with your heel on the ground (you can also put your foot up on a taller surface, like on a step)<br>
stick your butt out behind you up and away from your outthrust heel as much as possible. you'll feel a stretch along the entire length of your leg, especially your hamstring<br><br>
lay on your back with both legs straight<br>
pull your sore leg up and in towards you with your knee straight but not locked. pull as far as you can without pain. you can improve the stretch if you have bands like therabands or even a rope to place behind your leg, then pull the rope in towards you<br><br>
