Hey everyone - I was just kinda' messin' around on the internet for possible culprits for some injury issues of mine (ahh, yes, aren't we all trying to self-diagnose ourselves? ) when I came across this website.

Pretty cool if I do say so myself - nice interactive diagrams of where muscles, bones, etc. are located in the body, where they connect to, and their relation to other similar body parts

http://www.getbodysmart.com/

What a great site, thank you! I hadn't realized how little I knew the mechanical aspects of movement. What a marvolus machine our bodies are. It was amazing to learn that all that muscle in the lower leg is used for just the foot. Larry
