My highest mileage total ever.

Not quite as fast as I wanted, but there was a lot of trail running (and I'm slower on trails than on pavement).

Summary Run Report
Still loafing after May races. 155 miles, but faster than any month so far this year. July will be a busy month, so maybe not a lot of miles.

152 in June.

No races since March.

I have an eight miler on the 4th. I hope to at least maintain, if not slightly improve, my 10k pace from March for this race

God only knows. A few hundred for sure but beyond that...

I'm so anti-analytical about running that I'm starting to think it's a character defect. I'll never amount to anything.

Wow my month was horrible, nearly half of it coming from this week. I guess life kinda got in the way, plus my week off after track, plus that whole Badger Boys thing where I didn't run for 3 days. I promise I'll do better next month and won't have so many excuses.

Oh ya...I tried to get away with it...76 miles.

a low month for me, usually I like to get over 200 miles in, but work, and base/softball kept my riding to a minimum

23.4 mph !!!!

I can't seem to get to 20---even on a short ride and I'm really put some miles in this year. (of course, I found I was riding on tires that were rotted on the inside....so I'm using a trainer, too, these days. New phobia)

EQ - Nice - Nice - Nice

I hit 382 in June - This is a good number for me considering a June 16th marathon made taper and recover both fall in June. Puts me 2,387 YTD - I'm looking forward to be big July and August
