A nasty cold kept me from hitting 500+ 2 consecutive months - Still lingering, but feeling strong.<br><br>

Interestingly enough, this is my lowest mileage month since February, 2006. For the year, I am 11 miles ahead of where I was at the same time last year.

I finally went over 100 miles for a month in 2007:<br><br>
Running: 117.2 miles<br>
Time: 15h 57m 33s<br>
Avg. Pace: 8:10/mile<br><br>
Things are finally starting to turn around.
