Out of pure curiousity....what are the water belts that people use indended to do? How do you use them and do they work?<br><br>
I saw two people putting them on this morning while I was getting out of the pool and didn't get it <img alt="cool.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif">.

They flotation belts for pool running or other aerobic work where you don't want your feet to touch the bottom.
